Taras Hetmanczuk is a senior leader with a track record of delivering results with cross functional experience in customer management, sales leadership, marketing, procurement,
operations, supply chain and finance.
Taras built his career in the beverage-alcohol industry and now supports his clients by leveraging his knowledge and strategic insights from over two decades of experience as Principal and Founder of Future Business Advisors. While working as the Chief Operating Officer of Steam Whistle Brewing and simultaneously as the President of Beau’s All Natural Brewing Company, Taras was responsible for four operating facilities and a team of 60. He led the acquisition of Beau’s by Steam Whistle and delivered significant EBITDA improvement for the combined business.
Prior to that, Taras served as regional Vice President of Sales for Molson Coors, and was responsible for over $800 million in annual revenue for the Ontario and Atlantic provinces, leading a team of over 100.
A proud father and husband, Taras is a dedicated community volunteer, active in the Ukrainian- Canadian community through Plast Scouting, the Canada-Ukraine Foundation and in the broader community as a coach of youth hockey teams. He serves on the Board of the Ukrainian Credit Union as First Vice Chair and is active in Canadian politics.
