Throughout his career, Mark has established a successful track record of aiding organizations in the creation and delivery of their digital strategies, transforming service and delivery models, by integrating his business expertise, passion for technology and solutions that support human-centric design.

His key areas of expertise include enterprise-wide digital enablement and transformation, business modernization and process redesign, organizational change management and adoption, business and project health assessment, oversight and quality management and innovation consulting. Mark is driven by championing organizational transformation, creating integrated and inter-connected teams, and advancing partnerships across different sectors to enable bottom-up and lateral innovation.

Mark’s professional spectrum has seen him hold various positions within various sectors ranging from product development and implementation to change management and operations, all with a focus on enterprise-class, mission-critical strategic solutions involving complex, multi-stakeholder relationships across remote/multiple sites.

For over 10 years, Mark has provided strategic and expert advice on the design and implementation of digital solutions across the Canadian healthcare sector. Mark facilitated
multiple re-engineering initiatives related to the enhancement of health information systems and processes. He has also supported multiple transformation initiatives that have impacted
people and processes by ensuring that the results and impacts on the organization are both measurable and long-standing.

As a trusted member of the senior leadership and executive teams, Mark has attributed to his sound judgement, evidence-based recommendations and human-centered approach to
decision-making, Mark is an impactful leader with the ability to gain clarity in ambiguous situations, maintain a strong vision, and tactfully lead Teams to implement multiple strategic initiatives in complex environments. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Mark also dedicates his time as a Board member with the Canada Ukraine Chamber of Commerce and the e-health programs for both George Brown College and McMaster University.

In his personal life, Mark is a vivid Liverpool FC fan and enjoys spending time outside and travelling with his family. Mark embraces continuous learning opportunities on the professional and personal levels and is very passionate about technology and how it is transforming our day-to-day lives.
