Markiyan Markevych is a Principal and President of Crossways MK Consulting, full service investment business consulting company operating in Eastern Europe and involved in all types of industries, with clients ranging from large multinational corporations to nonprofit organizations.
Since 2014, Markiyan, as a head of Crossways MK Consulting has been responsible in merger and acquisition along with direct investment in Ukraine for more than $400M USD in transaction value through various sectors. Markiyan has a vast political network that extends through multiple countries in Europe as well as North America. He also has a direct co-operation with multiple Private Equity, Pension and Venture Capital Funds. His experience in understanding of nuances and mentality of the region makes it easier for the clients to drive the negotiations process as well as to close the deal. Prior to starting Crossways MK Consulting, Markiyan has spent an extensive time with Bank of Montreal, where he held multiple operational positions in the Structured Finance area.
Markiyan holds an MBA from Queens University and a Master in International Relations from Ivan Franko National University of L’viv.
