Mr. Potichny holds Masters degree in Engineering and an MBA, both from University of Toronto. Mr. Potichny is the President of Shelton Canada Corp., a junior oil and gas company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Shelton Canada Corp. is actively engaged in exploration and development activities in Canada and Ukraine.

He is also a President of Kenaidan Landford Developments, a company involved in hotel/office property development in Ukraine.
From 1991 to 1995 he was Vice President of Marketing for Landford International Ltd., an international trading and real estate development company, where he was responsible for joint venture creation and business development in Ukraine.

From 1983 to 1989, he was a process engineer and Project Manager employed by the Department of Energy, Mines and Resources, Canada. He has written several reports and has publications relating to oil sands and bitumen extraction processes.

Currently he sits on the boards of Shelton Canada and Innovotech Ltd., both of which are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
