STRUCTURE
Board of Directors
The main administrative body of the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce is the Board of Directors comprising of no less than 12 and no more than 30 members elected for a two year term and chaired by the President and currently comprising twenty-nine members. To ensure continuity of management, only half of the Board Members stand for election at the Annual General Meeting. The duties and powers of the Board of Directors are outlined in the By-Laws of the Chamber.Executive Committee
The Canada Corporations Act allows the Board to appoint an Executive Committee comprised of eight members of the Board to oversee the day to day operations of the Chamber. The Executive Committee shall have all the powers of the Board (subject to any constraints imposed by the Board) in the management and direction of the affairs and business of the Chamber in such a manner as the Executive Committee deems in the best interest of the Chamber in all cases in which specific directions have not been given by the Board of Directors
Executive
The Executive of the Canada-Ukraine Chamber of Commerce is the operating body empowered to carry out the functions necessary to manage and administer the day-to-day business activities of the Chamber.
